So, if my readers and supporters did not know I rein in from Cleveland, OH. Born, raised and Bread in Cleveland, OH.
There is a phenomenon I have noticed in Cleveland, OH, and it is being especially wounded as a feminine. The biggest, most programmed and set into the collective unconscious of Cleveland is the story of Amanda Berry, Georgina Dejesus and Michelle Knight. Below I will give a short summary of what I believe is so damaged and how the story of these three girls affected Cleveland as a whole.
Amanda Berry. So Amanda Berry was thought of as the "favorite" amongst the three. This has lead the females not trusting each other or being in some type of competition. Somehow resenting another in their group or something because they almost feel inferior. From being in the community, I know that the feminine resents the Amanda figure like she helped Ariel Castro keep them captive so long. But then again, with the Amanda complex comes the deep seeded inferiority that she didn't impress Charles, the black man. He knew something was wrong with "a pretty little white girl" but he never wanted to be the hero.
Georgina Dejesus. She was the youngest. That's all I need to say here. She as 14-years old when she was kidnapped and by her friend's dad who she trusted.
Michelle Knight. Probably the most tragic out of the three. Amanda and Gina's parents looked for them. Michelle was kidnapped first and she was held the longest out of all of them and according to what has come out about the whole ordeal, suffered the most emotional abuse. Ariel would tell her that she didn't matter, the families of the other two at least cared about them to look for them. This one, is a feeling that you don't matter at all. This one needs healed from the very core, the very root.
If you're not from Cleveland, has issues like this affected the feminine in your area as a whole? What do you think about this situation? If you're from Cleveland, do you see it too? Tell me about your observations. I am particularly interested in this. Please e-mail me at msthinggonewild@outlook.com.
