US-42

In Cleveland it starts out as W. 25th Street. Eventually it turns into Pearl Road (atleast in its capacity in Cleveland, OH). This road, no it's not quite a freeway or highway, or whatever you wanna call it, extends all the way to KY. Check it out, look at a picture of the map of US-42. Do you have any interesting information or anything to tell me or anything new I need to know about US-42?
